Well i don't really have too much to say as such...Well i do have 3 bits of good news...As you know G got his hair cut and highlighted all blonde again...Now it's longish at the back, short over ears and long enough on top to spike up if he wants...His classmates had told him it was wicked again :o) Base staff didn't comment and as he said no comment from Mrs P is good LOL...Well he came in not long ago from school and said a miracle happened today...Mrs P told him his hair looked GOOD!!!!!!...You could knock me down with a feather am in shock LOLOL.
On to K...She phoned late last nite and got me to phone her back...She'd been sent an email from one of the lecturers at one of the uni's up here...He'd found her via the scottish youth parliament website...He's only gone and asked her to come and give a talk on youth issues in scotland today to the social science students some time in may LOL...She's emailed back saying although she is at uni in edinburgh she'll happily come back up to do it...It is on a fri which is one of her days off so not a problem...So we'll see what he says back to her...Also she phoned about an hour ago and said phone me back as another cool thing has happened...She's out shopping in edinburgh city centre this afternoon and got stopped in the street by one of these marketing type people...They were from a model agency LOL...I said to her you sure they are reputable and she said yeah though how she knows i have no idea...Anyways she got asked if she wanted to get a voucher to go to some beauty place to have a complete beauty makeover worth £250 for £50...Hair, nails, feet, make up the lot :o) Apparently they're going all over the country just now and are only chosing 20 people from each place they go to...After the makeover a professional photographer will take pics and she'll get one of them for free...K reckons they were stopping people who looked like they are in dire need of a makeover but i said i doubt that...They're more likely looking for people who they can see are photogenic...It's valid for 3 months and it's something she can use after she's been at neurology next week and once they find out what is wrong with her then she can use it to cheer herself up :o) I know all mums think their kids are the best looking ever but i seriously have never seen a bad photo of K...Not even when she's been poorly and looking awful...Am gonna get her to tell me name of this agency and look them up on the net to find out a bit more though
As for me well i dunno yet if these new pills are helping or not...They have made me sleepy like the others did to begin with...Only problem is i have to take these ones with brekkie so am knocked for 6 a bit in daytime LOL...Am sure by end of this week i will be back to normal...Am too tired with the pills to go to the gym and i really want back there asap...Anyways G is off out to a friends and just me and M here so gonna think about tea

Lol, glad they liked his hair. He will be like a peacock now! Hope that photograph is good, those makeovers ones usually are. I always wanted one done but not now, at my age, they would have to use all the computer skill and airbrushing they could and that is just for my double chin. Hope you feel less tired soon. At least I got an alert for you today.

Hi Caff! Bet G is feeling good about himself with all the attention over the new hair do, awww...You must be proud of K? Brains and beauty eh, what more does a girl need?! Be great if the agency is reputable,that'd be alovely treat for her, and you never know what it could lead to...! What's the name of the pills you are on?
