Got my tenner back for the flower delivery today...I do feel sorry for the shop i ordered them from as after all it wasn't their fault...The fault actually lay with the teleflorist people...The shop that did the delivery told them it would be on friday and the actual teleflorist people didn't inform the shop here...Basically their reputation or any other shops reputation lies in the hands of other shops and the inbetween lot...I also got my other delivery i had ordered online...And really it's not been my week for deliveries as guess what!!!! Yes one of the items is WRONG and this time i will be complaining as i don't want the item i've been sent...I want hearts NOT drops.
So little sis was 40 today or as M put it she is now 2 fifths of 100 years old <g> He's such a charmer ROFL...And yes he did tell sis that on the phone LOL...But hey fairs fair as i remember well her card to me on my 25th birthday saying happy quarter of a century...We love each other really :o) Anyways her card is late and her extra wee pressie is late...Mainly as the cold weather rendered my shoulder unable to cope with making jewellery or a card...Think i will buy a card to be honest and get one that has a huge massive 40 on the front and has a funny poem inside...Here is pics of the necklace and earrings i've made her...And this one took me ages to make, well 2 n half hours with barely a break...I think it would look pretty as a bridal necklace and earring set does anyone agree???? The pale blue are the aquamarine swarovski crystals...I used them because it is the birthstone for march...I've more to do for march as well and i need more aquamarine crystals...Except for little sis's oldest daughter...I am going to make her a necklace and earrings to go with the bracelet i made for K to give her for Christmas and they were emerald ones...Rach i really haven't forgotton you...Just with birthdays and gammy shoulder i've been scuppered a bit...Again please excuse the rubbish quality of the pics...I still cannot get the lighting right <sigh> No matter what setting i use the background won't photograph white :o( This one also would look far better photographed being worn.
Ok this is 2mmsterling silver ball, 4mm AB crystal, 2mm ss ball, 4mm aquamarine crystal, 3mm ss ball, 6mm AB crystal then same repeated in opposite direction, threaded onto sterling silver wire...6mm solid sterling silver hammered effect ring between...Sterling silver chain for half of each side of the neclace...The hanging down bits are same as above...Again i've made an extender bit from same chain as on necklace and hung 6mm AB and 4mm aquamarine crystals on it

Am glad you got the money back, I had the same problem with another company that promised next dat delivery but ended up being 3 days late. That necklace is lovely
Get your sister a card for a 4 year old and draw in the 0 with felt tip and inside put a message about her entering her 2nd childhood <weg>
