I've looked at various items of jewelry and paintings which are sent from China. The items are inexpensive but the postage is outrageous.
I have bought computer components and stuff like that with no problems, I would look carefully at their ratings and try a smaller amount first
i bought stuff from the Ukraine no problem
I have brought something from somebody in China once. Completely by accident but didn't really have a problem with them. It was an MP3 player, but it never worked :(
